These templates are used as the starting point for every recall campaign. Carmen fills in the recall details and customer tokens at send time.

"I'm reaching out about an open manufacturer recall on your {{vehicle_year}} {{vehicle_model}}: {{recall_name}} (recall code {{recall_code}}). This recall relates to {{recall_short_description}}, which is why it matters — getting it fixed keeps your vehicle safe and compliant. The repair is performed free of charge by the dealership."

[Invitation]
"I'd like to help you book a service appointment. We have availability this week. Would a morning or afternoon slot work better for you?"

[Booking]
"Great — I'll send you a confirmation by text with the appointment details and the booking link.
If you'd prefer, you can also book online at {{booking_link}}."

[Fallback]
- If the customer has questions about safety: read the approved manufacturer statement.
- If the customer wants to talk to a service advisor: transfer to {{service_line}}.
- If voicemail: leave the short voicemail script.

The [Purpose] section should mention the recall name and a short explanation of why it matters, so customers understand the safety reason for the call.
